His role goes beyond building partnerships — it’s about understanding the nuance and complexity of each charity’s journey. He works closely with founders, fundraisers, and frontline teams to tailor our support and make sure every partnership is genuinely useful. His background means he speaks the language of the sector fluently — not just in terms of strategy, but also in empathy.
At Goodraze, Jason helps shape how we show up for charities: how we listen, how we support, and how we grow together. He’s often the first person a charity speaks to — and remains a consistent point of contact as the partnership develops. He knows that time and trust are two of the most valuable currencies in the third sector, and he treats both with care.
Outside of Goodraze, Jason runs a respected consultancy that advises charities across the UK. He’s worked with boards, CEOs, and community leads, helping them navigate everything from governance reviews to major organisational change. This dual role gives him a rare perspective: he understands how stretched resources can be, how fast priorities can shift, and how important it is to have support that fits.
His consultancy work also means he remains deeply connected to the day-to-day realities of the sector. He sees the opportunities, but also the gaps — the funding hurdles, the compliance weight, the communication challenges — and brings that insight directly into his work with us.
