Do I need an add-on if I use more than 750GB?
In most cases, no. Your plan remains unlimited, and any changes to speed only apply after very high levels of usage. Add-ons may be available if you need to maintain higher speeds.
What are add-ons used for?
Add-ons are used for services outside your plan, including calling international numbers from the UK and contacting certain non-standard UK numbers such as 03, 08, and service lines.
Is my data really unlimited?
Yes. Your plan includes unlimited data. After 750GB of usage within a billing period, speeds can be slowed to keep the network running smoothly for everyone.
Can I use my plan outside the UK?
Right now, the focus is on delivering a strong, reliable UK experience. The service is designed for use within the UK only.
Are international calls included in my plan?
No. Calls to international numbers aren’t included as standard and require an add-on.
This applies to calling abroad from the UK. It’s different from roaming, which is using your phone outside the UK and isn’t currently available.
Can I manage add-ons myself?
Yes. Add-ons can be added through your dashboard at any time. If you’d prefer, you can also contact us and we’ll arrange it for you.
